However, once it was sorted out, the shipping process was remarkably fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.

"Returns are not accepted."
I had a terrible experience with this store. They sold me a counterfeit item and refused to accept a return. Their returns service is non-existent, making it absolutely impossible to return any items. Despite their claims of having a return policy, it's all just a facade as they do not actually allow returns.

"I never received the items I ordered."
I had a terrible experience with this company. When I inquired about my refund or the whereabouts of my items, they suddenly stopped responding. It's clear to me now that this is a scam. If anyone could offer assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

"This review is absolutely awful."
This company is a complete scam. They promise one thing and then completely go back on their word. I made a phone call to place an order, but within just 5 minutes, I called back to cancel it. They assured me that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation, but that email never arrived. To make matters worse, they went ahead and deducted the money from my bank account within just 2 hours.

I tried to resolve the issue by speaking to a representative named "Nicki," but she claimed that she couldn't do anything to stop the order from being shipped out on Monday. This is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly advise against doing any business with this company.

"The item I received was damaged upon arrival."
The item I received was damaged. I was given a UPS return label and I dropped off the item at a UPS access point, which was a corner shop in Epsom. However, UPS has no record of the tracking number provided on the return label and they are unable to find the item.

It is clear that the return label was incorrect. The Factory Outlet Store has not refunded me and they are not responding to my attempts to contact them.

I strongly advise against purchasing from the Factory Outlet Store.

On July 23rd, I tried calling but received no response. I am unsure if you are The Factory Outlet Store or Factory Outlet Store.

"This establishment cannot be trusted, as they engage in false advertising."
I placed an order but never received it. They informed me that it was on backorder for a few months. I questioned why they listed the phone as available on their website and promised to ship it the following business day, yet failed to fulfill their commitments. Their response was that it could potentially become available at any given time. Quite perplexing, isn't it?

I decided to purchase a case of dessert wine for a New Year's party. Despite following the holiday delivery schedule provided on their website, not only did the package fail to arrive on time, but it took almost a week and three separate customer service inquiries to finally receive an explanation from the company regarding the issue. Eventually, I received a brief email stating that they had charged me for the item despite not having it in stock! To make matters worse, it took an additional nine days for the shop to process my refund.

Nickie was extremely helpful and kind in assisting me. I had placed an order for a Braun clean and renew refill, but unfortunately, it arrived last Friday with a leak, rendering it unusable. I immediately contacted Adam regarding the issue, and he assured me that a replacement would be sent out. During our conversation, I specifically asked him if I needed to return the defective item, to which he replied that I could simply dispose of it. Trusting his instructions, I threw it away in my dumpster. However, just an hour later, Adam called me back and requested that I ship the defective part back. Understandably, I was not willing to go through the trouble of retrieving it from the dumpster. Nevertheless, he assured me that my replacement order would still be shipped. Unfortunately, the order was never sent, and I did not receive any further communication. After nearly a week had passed, I decided to call and inquire about the status of my replacement order. This time, Nickie was the one who assisted me, and she promptly arranged for a refund. I must commend her for her professionalism and politeness throughout the process.

I bought a six pack of GE refrigerator water filters, but they don't fit properly like the original filters. When I use a GE filter, it works fine. How can I return these filters and get ones that work?

I genuinely cannot comprehend why the BBB hasn't taken legal action against them. Their actions are nothing short of criminal and reflect poorly on the organization as a whole.”

This question is for the Staff/Management to answer: I called to place my order in person to make sure I would receive a specific travel bag by a certain date for an important trip that I had been planning for years. They never informed me that the bag would not arrive as promised. When I found out that it was on back order for weeks, I had no other options and no time left. I agreed to a substitute bag of similar function but still needed it by the same date. After being on hold for hours, they only had one bag in stock that was similar in function (not style), and it cost $40 more. Customer Service refused to give me a discount on the replacement bag, which I didn't really want or like. Additionally, they insisted that I pay for expensive rush shipping if I wanted the bag on time. If they had shipped it as promised, there would be no need for rush shipping. Overall, it has been a bad experience. I still have a few days before my trip, so I am asking for decency and understanding. I don't expect exactly what I asked for or what was promised, but at least do the right thing and make it right. My question is: Why doesn't your customer service have the authority to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction? If the company failed on two promises (the bag that was promised and the promised arrival date), how is it fair to expect the customer to pay extra for something they didn't originally order and then pay extra for rush shipping? The company should take responsibility for not fulfilling their promises. It is unacceptable to leave the customer without options and not even notify them.
